Terms of Use

This English version is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails and is the sole legally binding text.

These terms govern your use of the PokerPerf mobile application (the "app"), published by Rémy Ferrand, sole trader (the "we"). By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose of the service

PokerPerf offers training exercises and educational explanations to help you progress at poker: solving game situations, scoring your progression, statistics and history.

2. Account

• Creating an account requires a valid email address and is reserved for adults (18 years and older).
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete account), which erases your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Free tier and subscription

The app offers:

• a free tier allowing a limited number of exercises per day;
• a "full access" subscription (monthly or annual plans) unlocking unlimited exercises, detailed statistics and full history.

The subscription starts with a free trial period when one is offered. The applicable price, trial duration and billing period are displayed in the app at the moment of subscription, in your local currency.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (or at the end of the trial) at the then-current price, unless cancelled.
• Renewal is charged within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time from the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
• If you cancel during the free trial, no amount is charged and you return to the free tier.

5. Payment, billing and refunds

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on your device, via the subscription management service RevenueCat. We do not collect or store any payment data. Refunds are subject to the terms of the relevant store and are processed by it:

• Apple — via Apple's refund service;
• Google — via Google Play support.

Your use of the App Store or Google Play is also subject to those platforms' own terms.

6. Acceptable use

You undertake not to:

• copy, resell, rent or redistribute the app or its content;
• attempt to circumvent protections, decompile or reverse-engineer;
• use the app fraudulently or in breach of the law.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its educational content, exercises, texts and design are our property (or that of our licensors) and are protected. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right of use, limited to normal use of the app.

8. Nature of the service and limitation of liability

PokerPerf is provided for educational purposes. The advice and scoring reflect principles of strategy; they constitute no guarantee of results, in particular no guarantee of winnings in a real poker game. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

9. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms to reflect changes to the app or to regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page; significant changes will be flagged to you inside the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
